If you are an employed party within the joint application, please provide:

  • Your last 3 months' payslips

  • Your last year's revenue employment details summary (P60)

  • Your last 6 months' bank statements for all your bank accounts

  • A copy of your photo ID

If you are a self-employed party within the joint application, please provide:

  • Your last 3 years' Form 11s and Chapter 4s

  • Your last 3 years' signed accounts

  • A recent tax clearance certificate

  • Confirmation from your tax advisor your tax affairs are up-to-date

  • Your last 6 months' personal bank and business statements

  • A copy of your photo ID
